All sales on used items are final. -
No returns please! It would be extreme costly to ship used items back and forth. Used items are sold to you without profit. We make every effort to ensure that the Item you purchased is as described and in working condition. If an Item deviates drastically from it's description or it does not perform as described it may be due to shipping damages,
we may decide to refund the purchase price if the defect is with us, excluding any shipping charges

New items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, if the item does not work as promised or does not work at all out of the box. This does not include items that have been damaged during the setup or due to inapproriate use. Also excluded are damages that might occur during shipping. This type
of damage must be filed with the carrier that delivered the goods.

If an item needs to be returned the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

We are able to warrant new items for the period of thirty (30) days to be free of defects. After the 30 day period there is no warranty expressed or implied.

All items are shipped via United States Postal Service
by default. The shipping charge is the actual cost charged by the carrier. KJ6ZD does not add handling
fees unless the item is over sized and requires specially constructed shipping container. In this case the cost of the shipping material is added to the FINAL price as handling charge. If requested, we can ship using the UPS carrier. -
At request insurance can be purchased for any item and the cost will be added to the final cost.

We may add insurance where appropriate and charge the cost to the final price, unless the buyer expressively does not want to have the item insured.

NOTE: KJ6ZD will not assume responsibility for items lost or destroyed during shipping. This will have to be negotiated with the shipping carrier.
